Finding and managing your projects

Search, filter and track the status of all your Danim projects in My projects, on your own or as a team.

Written by Sophie Delpech

All your Danim projects are gathered in My projects, whether they were made from a template, with the AI assistant, from a property or from scratch.

Search them, filter them and track their status at a glance.

In brief

  • Click My projects in the left menu.

  • Find a project with Search, Filters (type, status, creator) and Sort by.

  • The status of each project shows where it stands: draft, ready, scheduled, posted, and so on.

  • As a team, all members see all the projects of the account.

Accessing your projects

Click My projects in the left menu. Your projects are displayed as cards, from the most recent to the oldest. Scroll down the page to display the next ones.

Each card shows:

  • the name of the project;

  • the template used, or No template for a project started from scratch;

  • the project type;

  • the status (see below);

  • the creator and the date.

On a computer, hover over a video to start its preview.

Searching, filtering and sorting

Search

In the Search field, type a word from the project name, the template name or the creator's name.

💡 Finding a project made with the AI assistant: its name starts with AI project, followed by the name of the chosen template. Type "AI project" in the search to display them all (except the ones you have renamed).

Filter

Click Filters and combine:

  • Type: the project type;

  • Status: one or more statuses;

  • Creator (Team accounts): Me to display only your projects, or the name of one or more colleagues.

Tip: click directly on the type, the status or the creator's name on a card to filter the page on that value.

To clear everything, click Reset filters.

Good to know: Your filters are remembered the next time you come back to the page, in the same browser.

Sort

With Sort by, display projects from Newest to Oldest, or the other way around. Sorting is based on the date of the last change.

Understanding the statuses

  • Draft: the project is saved but has not been generated yet.

  • Generating: Danim is generating the project.

  • Ready to share: the project is generated. You can download it, share it or post it.

  • Scheduled: at least one post is scheduled on your social media.

  • Posted: at least one post has been published on your social media.

  • Posting error: a problem occurred. Open the project and restart the generation or the post. If the error persists, contact us.

Good to know:

  • A project you edit after generating it keeps its status: remember to click Regenerate project in the Sharing step to update your results.

  • If you remove the scheduled or published posts of a project, it goes back to Ready to share.

Actions on a project

Click a card to open the project in the editor. The card's … menu also offers:

  • Open: opens the project in the editor;

  • Duplicate: creates a copy named "Copy" followed by the original name, which you can edit freely;

  • Delete: deletes the project after confirmation.

To rename, download, share or post a project, open it in the editor.

⚠️ Before deleting: if the project has scheduled posts, they are canceled and removed from the calendar. Posts that have already been published stay in the calendar. Deletion is permanent: a deleted project cannot be recovered, either by you or by our team.

Working as a team

  • All members of the account see all the projects, whoever created them.

  • The Creator filter lets everyone display only their own projects (Me) or those of a colleague.

  • All members can open, duplicate and delete any project of the account: agree with each other before deleting a colleague's project, as deletion is permanent.

  • When you duplicate a colleague's project, you become the creator of the copy.

  • Do you manage several agencies? My projects displays the projects of the agency you are logged in to. Switch agency to see its projects.

Projects for your properties

If you use My listings, the projects made from a property also appear on that property's page, in the Projects section.

FAQ

1. I can't find a project I have just started.

A project only appears in My projects once content has been saved. If you closed the editor without adding anything, it was not kept.

2. How do I find only my own projects?

Click Filters, then Creator > Me.

3. How do I know whether a project was made with AI or from a template?

Projects from the AI assistant start with AI project in their name, followed by the template used. The others show the template name directly, or No template if they were created from scratch.

4. A colleague deleted one of my projects, can I recover it?

No. Deletion is permanent: a deleted project cannot be recovered, either by you or by our team. Remember to duplicate an important project before editing or deleting it.

5. Why is my project in Posting error?

The generation or a post did not go through. Open the project and restart the generation in the Sharing step, or restart the post. If the error persists, contact us: we will look into it with you.

6. I can't find the Creator filter.

It is offered to Team accounts, which have several members.

Best practices 🎓

  • Give each project a clear name (property, town, type of content): you will find it faster with the search.

  • Rename your AI projects so you know at a glance what they are.

  • As a team, use the Creator filter rather than deleting other people's projects to tidy up.

Keywords: my projects, find a project, search, filter, status, draft, ready to share, scheduled, posted, posting error, creator, team, colleagues, duplicate, delete, AI project, template.
