The template library is the Danim home page. It brings together all the ready-made templates, video and image, designed specifically for real estate.

There, you can choose the project type, filter templates by category, section or keyword, add your favorite templates to your favorites, then start a project in one click.

Log in to Danim: the template library is displayed right away. You can come back to it at any time by clicking Templates in the side menu, or on the Danim logo.

At the top of the page, two cards also let you get started without choosing a template:

Above the templates, choose Video or Image. The Video option is selected by default: to display the image templates, click Image.

Just below, the categories match your communication goals: Showcasing my properties, Winning listings, Growing my team, Informing, Advising, My client successes, Showcasing my area, Sharing my profession, Creating engagement and Growing my brand.

Click a category to display only its templates. Click it again to deselect it.

Click the Filters button to open the Filter window. You can:

Then click Apply. A badge on the Filters button shows the number of active filters. To reset everything, click Reset filters.

Without filters, templates are presented by section, such as Getting started, Right now, Standing out or 30 seconds max.

Scroll through each section from left to right, or click See more to display all its templates.

New templates are released every month, especially for the highlights of the year such as Christmas, back to school or Mother's Day. You can find them in the Right now section.

The most recent templates have the New badge on their thumbnail. To display them all at once, click Filters and select the New tag.

Hover over a video template with your mouse to start its animated preview. To watch it in a larger size, click the Play video full size icon, at the bottom right of the thumbnail.

Click the star on a template to add it to your favorites: the ⭐ Favorites section then appears at the top of the page.

Click the star again to remove it from your favorites.

Click the template of your choice: the editor opens right away, with the template already loaded.

1. Why can I only see video templates?
The Video option is selected by default. Click Image to display the image templates.

2. How can I see the new templates?
New templates are released every month, especially for the highlights of the year such as Christmas. You can find them in the Right now section, or display all recent templates by selecting the New tag in Filters.

3. How can I quickly find my favorite templates?
Add them to your favorites by clicking the star on their thumbnail. They then appear in the ⭐ Favorites section, always at the top of the library. You can also select the Favorites section in the Filter window.

4. No template matches my needs, what should I do?
Create a custom video with Start from scratch: you choose each slide yourself, add your text and visuals, then set the identity and the music. Everything is explained in the article Creating a video from scratch.

5. My search returns no results, what should I do?
The search covers template names and their tags, not the content of the slides. Try a shorter or more general word, then check that no category or section is limiting the results. The Reset filters button resets the search.

6. Are my favorites shared with my team?
No, your favorites are your own. If you have a team, each member manages their own favorites.

7. Why doesn't a colleague from another network see the same templates as me?
In addition to the templates available to everyone, each network has additional templates, created according to its needs and requests. If you are part of a network, your library therefore includes templates that a user from another network will not see, and vice versa.
