In brief
The Personal information section lets you manage your first name, last name, phone number, role and profile picture.
This data is automatically added to your projects to display your personal signature.
From the same page, you also manage account security, the display language and the legal links.
Before you start 🎯
You must be logged in to your Danim account.
You reach your information via the Settings tab in the left-hand side menu, at the bottom of the screen

Setting up my personal information
Step 1: Go to my personal information
From the Danim home page, click Settings in the left-hand side menu, at the bottom of the screen. You will land on a page bringing together the various settings for your account. In the middle column, then select the Personal information section.
Step 2: Check and correct my details
In the Personal information section, check the details shown: first name, last name, phone number and role. Read through the prefilled fields and correct them if needed, so that your projects always display up-to-date information.
Step 3: Add my profile picture
Your profile picture appears in the circle provided for it. If no picture has been added yet, this circle shows your initials. Click the picture area to upload an image from your files, then crop it if needed before confirming.
Step 4: Save my changes
To edit the prefilled information, you can click Edit this information. Remember to click Save so that your changes are properly applied.
You can change your information at any time using this button. Your personal information and your profile picture will automatically be added to your Danim projects.
Step 5: Manage security and privacy
From the Security & Privacy section, you can manage everything related to access to your Danim account. It includes your email address and your password, which you can change using the pencil icon.
Step 6: Choose the display language
In the Language section, choose the language you want to use to display Danim and its templates. Open the drop-down menu, then select the language you want.
Step 7: Delete the account or the company
For security reasons, deleting an account or a company cannot be done directly. If you would like to make this request, click Contact the support team to reach our team directly.
Step 8: View the legal information and cookie preferences
At the bottom of the page, you can access the useful links related to your Danim account at any time: Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookie preferences.
FAQ
1. Where can I find the Personal information section?
From the templates page, click Settings in the left-hand side menu, then select Personal information in the middle column.
2. How do I change only my profile picture?
Go to Personal information, click the circle showing your picture (or your initials), upload a new picture and crop it before confirming.
3. My changes do not appear in my projects, what should I do?
Check that you clicked the confirmation button after making your changes. If needed, refresh the page and generate a new project to see the update.
4. Can I change my role or my phone number later?
Yes, you can go back to Personal information at any time and click Edit this information.
5. How do I change the display language in Danim?
In Personal information, open the Language section, open the drop-down menu and select the language you want. For now, only French is available.
6. How do I request the deletion of my account or my company?
Use the Contact the support team button. State that you would like to delete your account or your company.
