In brief
With My listings, you find all your properties in one place, with their description, features and photos.
No more gathering everything each time you create content!
With Danim, you can:
add a property by pasting the link to its listing, or by filling in its page yourself
track the status of each property, from Draft to Sold
create a home staging or a video from a property in one click
My listings is included in the Premium and Elite plans.
Adding a property
Step 1: Go to My listings
Log in to Danim and click My listings in the left side menu. Then click the Add a property button.
Step 2: Choose how to add your property
Two options are available:
From a URL: your property is already online (property portal, your agency's website, and so on). Paste the link to the listing, then click Extract. Danim automatically picks up the price, the floor area, the number of rooms, the description, the features and the photos.
Manual import: your property is not online yet. Fill in its page yourself and add your photos from your computer or phone.
Step 3: Check the information and save
Read through the information and photos, then complete anything missing. Only the title is required.
After an import from a URL, we strongly recommend doing this check so you can edit or delete anything that is not relevant.
Save your property: it appears in your catalog with the Draft status. That's it, it is ready to use!
Managing your properties
From the My listings page, you can:
find a property using the search, filters and sorting
change the status of a property directly in the list, or from its page
edit the information or photos of a property by opening its page
delete a property, or several at once by ticking them
Creating content from a property
Open your property's page, then click:
Create a home staging: a project is created with all the property's photos, ready to be retouched
Create a video: the creation assistant opens with the property's information and photos already filled in
You can also start from a property directly in the video creation assistant, with the My listings tab, or from an empty home staging project, with the Select a property button.
Everything you create stays linked to the property: on its page, you will find its home staging and all the images and videos made from it.
FAQ
1. How many photos can I add to a property?
You can add up to 40 photos per property.
2. Why is the Create a video button grayed out?
To create a video, your property must have at least 3 photos. Add photos from its page and the button will become available.
If your property has more than 20 photos, you choose the ones to use in the video.
3. Can I create several home stagings for the same property?
No, each property has a single home staging project. To create it, your property must have at least 1 photo, but you will find all your photos there and can make as many retouches as you need.
4. Do I need to reimport into the home staging the photos added to the property?
No, the photos you add to your property are automatically added to its home staging project.
5. Some photos of my property do not appear in my home staging, what should I do?
Open the home staging project and click Retrieve the property's photos to restart the import.
6. What happens if I import the same listing twice?
Danim recognizes the listing and offers to open the page of the property already imported. No duplicates in your catalog!
7. Danim cannot retrieve the information from my listing, what should I do?
Danim offers to try again. If it still does not work, choose the Manual import option and fill in the page yourself. Some real estate websites block the automatic retrieval of information.
8. If I delete a property, do I lose its home staging?
No. The property disappears from your catalog, but its home staging project is kept.
9. I am on a Team plan, can my colleagues see my properties?
Yes, all members of your organization have access to the same catalog. To display only the properties you have added, use the Creator filter, then select Me.
Best practices 🎓
Give each property a clear title (type of property, town, neighborhood, and so on) so you can find it quickly in your catalog and in the video creation assistant.
Always check the information retrieved from a listing before saving: remove internal notes or anything that is not useful to the general public.
Keep the status of your properties up to date so you know at a glance which ones still need promoting.
