Danim video templates let you use ready-made designs, created and optimized specifically for real estate.
Once you have chosen your template, the editor lets you add your text and visuals, then adjust your settings (colors, logo, music) before starting the generation. Your video is generated in all the formats offered by the template.
It is the ideal solution for quickly creating professional videos for your listings, your personal branding or your client reviews.
Before you start 🎯
The experience is more comfortable on a computer, with a stable connection and an up-to-date browser (preferably Google Chrome).
Gather the photos, videos and text you want to highlight: each template shows, slide by slide, the content to fill in.
Creating a video from a template
Step 1: Choose your template
Log in to Danim. On the home page, make sure the Video option is selected, then click the template of your choice.

Step 2: Discover the editor
The editor opens right away, with the template already loaded. You will find 3 simple steps: 1. Editing, 2. Finalization and 3. Sharing.
Your video will be generated in all the formats offered by the template (for example square, landscape, portrait and reduced portrait). To check how it looks in each format, use the buttons above the preview.
Click the title of your project to change it, for example: "House for sale in Othis".
Step 3: Customize each slide (1. Editing)
A template is made up of several slides: each slide represents a part of your video.
Select a slide: the left panel offers up to three tabs.
Content: fill in the fields of the slide (text, images, videos, contact details, price, and so on). To add, replace or crop a photo or a video ➡️ Adding media to a slide
Identity: adapt the colors and the logo of the slide. By default, they use your brand identity.
Advanced mode: fine-tune the layout, the text size or the animations. The settings available vary from one slide to another.

Replacing media
In the Content tab, click the sample media to replace it with a photo or a video from your device.
You can also click Media library to choose a visual from our royalty-free selection, with a keyword search.
To adjust the framing, click the … icon on the media, then Set the area to keep, and check how it looks in each format.

Managing the slides of your video
to move from one slide to another, click its thumbnail below the preview, or use the Previous and Next buttons at the bottom of the form.
add a slide with the + button in the timeline (the + between two slides adds it at that exact spot)
duplicate or delete a slide with the … icon on it
Click Save at any time to save your changes as a draft. To continue, click Next or go directly to the 2. Finalization step.
Step 4: Choose the music (2. Finalization)
In the 2. Finalization step, keep the music provided with the template, choose another track from our royalty-free library, import your own file, or turn the music off.
You can then choose which part of the track to use.

Once you have finished, click Next or go directly to the 3. Sharing step.
Step 5: Generate the project (3. Sharing)
To finish creating your video, you can:
click the Save button to keep your project as a draft, or
in the 3. Sharing step, click the Generate project button. Your video is generated in all the formats offered by the template.
Once the generation is complete, you can schedule it to be posted on your social media using the Create & schedule posts button.
If you prefer, click the Download button to save the project to your computer or phone: choose the format you want, or Download all to get them all.
You can also click Copy share link: Danim then generates a link that you can send directly to a client (by using "Paste" or Ctrl + V), for example on WhatsApp.
FAQ
1. How do I find the template that suits my needs?
See the article Finding the right template in the library.
2. In which formats is my video generated?
Your video is generated in all the formats offered by the template, for example Square 1:1, Landscape 16:9, Portrait 9:16 and Reduced portrait 4:5. Some templates only offer some of them. You cannot remove a format: when you download or post, simply choose the one you want.
3. How do I change the colors or the logo of my slides?
In the Identity tab of each slide. Everything is explained in the article Customizing the identity and advanced settings of a slide.
4. How do I change or turn off the music?
In the 2. Finalization step. Everything is explained in the article Choosing and setting the music of your video.
5. I do not want to post right away, how can I keep my video for later?
Click Save to save your project as a draft, at the editing step as well as at the sharing step.
6. What happens if I delete a slide?
The slide disappears from the video. Right after the deletion, a message lets you Undo for a few seconds. After that, the deletion is permanent.
7. An older video was only generated in some formats, what should I do?
Open it from My projects and go to the Sharing step. Above the preview, select a missing format: the New format detected block appears. Click Generate videos: only the missing formats are generated, your existing videos do not change.

Click Save regularly while editing to secure your changes as a draft.
