Creating an image from a template

Create a professional visual in a few clicks with a ready-to-use Danim template, then customize it for a result that is 100% you.

Written by Sophie Delpech

In brief

Danim image templates are ready-made designs, built for real estate and already optimized (layout, hierarchy, visual identity).

Once you have chosen your template, customize your content and generate your visual: it is created in all the formats offered by the template, ready for your social media, your emails or your prints.

It is the ideal tool for quickly creating still visuals (listings, client reviews, recruitment) without any design skills.

Before you start 🎯

  • The experience is more comfortable on a computer, with a stable connection and an up-to-date browser (preferably Google Chrome).

  • Prepare your visuals (property photos, portrait, logo) and your key text (title, description, price, contact details, tagline).

Creating an image from a template

Step 1: Choose your template

Log in to Danim. On the home page, click the Image option, then the template of your choice.

Step 2: Discover the editor

The editor opens right away, with the template already loaded. You will find 2 steps: 1. Editing and 2. Sharing.

Your image will be generated in all the formats offered by the template (for example square, landscape, portrait and reduced portrait). To check how it looks in each format, use the buttons above the preview.

Step 3: Customize your image (1. Editing)

Your image template is made up of a single slide. After each change, check the result in the preview just to the right.

Select a slide: the left panel offers up to three tabs.

  • Content: fill in the fields of the slide (text, images, videos, contact details, price, and so on). To add, replace or crop a photo or a video ➡️ Adding media to a slide

  • Identity: adapt the colors and the logo of the slide. By default, they use your brand identity.

  • Advanced mode: fine-tune the layout, the text size or the animations. The settings available vary from one slide to another.

Click Save at any time to save your changes as a draft. To continue, click Next or go directly to the 2. Sharing step.

Step 4: Generate the project (2. Sharing)

To finish your project, click the Generate project button. Your image is generated in all the formats offered by the template.

Once the generation is complete, you can schedule it to be posted on your social media using the Create & schedule posts button.

If you prefer, click the Download button to save the project to your computer or phone: choose the format you want, or Download all to get them all.

  • Use good-quality photos (sharp, well framed) for a professional result, even in large format.

  • Keep your text short and easy to read: focus on one key piece of information rather than long sentences.
