Creating a video from a property
Step 1: Open your property's page
Log in to Danim and click My listings in the left side menu. Then click the property of your choice to open its page.
Step 2: Click Create a video
On the property's page, click Create a video. The creation assistant opens with the text, photos and information of the property already filled in.
You can also start from the home page: click the Listing → Video button, select the My listings tab, then choose your property.
Step 3: Check the content
Read through the text and photos picked up from your property. If your property has more than 20 photos, choose the ones to use in the video.
Then click Next.
Step 4: Choose a template and generate the project
In phase 3: Template, Danim's AI analyzes your property's information and automatically suggests the most suitable templates.
Select the template of your choice by clicking it. You can click the Preview button to see what it looks like, or click Generate directly.
Once the generation has started, you have two options.
You would rather not wait: feel free to leave the page. Within a few minutes, your project will be available on your property's page and in your My projects library, accessible from the left side menu.
You would rather wait: stay on the generation page. As soon as your project is ready, you can:
schedule it to be posted on your social media using the Create & schedule posts button
click Download to save the project to a folder on your computer or phone
click Copy share link: Danim then generates a link that you can send directly to a client (by using "Paste" or Ctrl + V), for example on WhatsApp
FAQ
1. Why is the Create a video button grayed out?
To create a video, your property must have at least 3 photos. Add photos from its page and the button will become available.
2. Where can I find my videos?
On the property's page, with all the projects made from it, and in your My projects library.
3. Can I create several videos for the same property?
Yes. Click Create a video again from the property's page, for example to try another template or to focus on one part of the property.
4. My property has more than 20 photos, which ones are used?
You choose: in the content check step, select the photos to use in the video.
Best practices 🎓
Complete your property's page before starting the project: the more complete the description and features, the richer your video.
Take care of your photos: you can retouch them beforehand with the Create a home staging button on the property's page.
Try several templates: if the first result does not convince you, start a new project with another template to find the style best suited to your property.
