In brief
The trial is free, with no commitment and no credit card.
At the end of the trial, access to Danim is suspended until a subscription is activated. Your projects are kept.
To continue, the account owner clicks Activate my subscription and chooses a plan.
During the trial
Length: Your trial lasts 7 days. The end date is shown in Settings > Payments & Billing: "Your free trial ends on …".
A banner at the top of the screen invites you to activate your subscription. Only the account owner can see it.
On the last day, the plan selection window opens automatically in Payments & Billing.
At the end of the trial
If you have not activated a subscription:
you receive the "Your Danim trial period has ended" email;
access to Danim's features is suspended: only Settings remain accessible;
the owner sees the Trial period ended message and can activate the subscription at any time;
nothing is deleted: your projects, your brand identity and your connected social media accounts are waiting for you.
No payment is taken automatically, since no card was requested.
Activating your subscription
Only the account owner can activate the subscription.
Step 1: Open the plan selection
Click Activate my subscription, in the banner at the top of the screen or in Settings > Payments & Billing.
Step 2: Choose your plan
In the Our subscriptions window, choose the Number of users (Solo or Team), then click Choose this plan under the plan of your choice.
Step 3: Confirm and pay
Check the Subscription summary, tick the box "By ticking this box, you understand that you are committing to a one-year period and you accept our Terms & Conditions", then click Proceed to payment. Enter your payment method on the secure payment page.
As soon as the payment is confirmed, you have full access to Danim again.
Good to know
Activating during the trial ends the trial immediately: the first payment is taken on the day of activation and the remaining trial days are not carried over. If you want to enjoy your whole trial, activate your subscription on the last day.
The Danim subscription starts for an initial period of one year, from the date you subscribe. At the end of this first year, it renews automatically for successive one-year periods.
The trial does not renew: a new subscription does not give you the right to a new trial.

1. Will I be charged automatically at the end of the trial?
No. No credit card is requested for the trial: nothing is charged until you activate your subscription.
2. Are my projects deleted at the end of the trial?
No. They are kept and you will find them as soon as you activate your subscription.
3. I am a team member, how do I continue?
Only the account owner can activate the subscription. Contact them: their contact details are shown when you try to change plans.
4. If I activate my subscription before the end, do I lose the remaining days?
Yes. Activation ends the trial and the first payment is taken immediately.
5. Can I choose a different plan from the one in my trial?
Yes, you choose your plan freely when you activate.
6. I don't want to continue. Do I need to cancel?
No, there is nothing to do: without activation, no subscription starts.
