How to manage team members on Danim 2

Manage your team on Danim 2: invite new members, manage their roles and remove access when someone leaves the organization

Written by Sophie Delpech

In brief

With Danim 2, you can:

  • See your company name, the number of active members and the number of seats left in your team at a glance

  • Invite new team members into your Danim 2 workspace, within the limit of the seats included in your subscription

  • Assign or change a role (for example Administrator or Member) to control each user's permissions

  • Remove a member to immediately revoke their access to your organization

  • Resend an invitation to a team member who has not yet accepted to join the workspace (pending invitation)

The Company & Team members page is the single entry point for administering your team and keeping your access rights up to date.

Before you start 🎯

  • The Company & Team members page is only accessible to the Owner / Administrator of the organization on a Team plan.
Users with a Member role and Solo plans do not have access to it.

  • You must be logged in to the right workspace (the right agency / organization) to manage that team's members.

  • Each Danim 2 workspace can host up to 3 users. Beyond that, you will need to increase your team size or free up a seat.

  • When a member is invited, they receive an invitation email and appear in the list with the status Pending invitation until they accept.

Setting up the Company & Team members page

Step 1: Log in to Danim 2 and go to the Company & Team members page

Log in to Danim 2 (https://beta.danim.com/), click Settings, then Company & Team members.

On this page, check the workspace name, the number of members and the number of seats available.

Further down, review the list of users in the workspace.

Step 2: Invite a new member

To add a new user, click the Invite a member button and follow the steps below.

Each Danim 2 workspace can host up to 3 users.

If you would like to add more seats, click Increase team size or contact the support team.

Step 3: Update or remove a member

To change a user's role (Administrator or Member), go to the list of users, then click the Role drop-down menu to make the change.

To remove a user, click "..." then Remove.

Removing a user immediately revokes that person's access to your Danim organization and frees up a seat in your team, which you can use to invite someone new.

FAQ

1. The person I invited does not appear as an "active member" — what should I do?

Once the invitation has been sent, the team member appears in the list with the status Pending invitation until they click the activation link received by email.

You can:

  • Check with them that they received the email (and that they looked in their spam folder).

  • Resend the invitation if the option is available.

  • If the problem persists, delete the invitation and then invite the team member again with the correct email address.

2. I can no longer invite a member, the button is greyed out. Why?

This means you have reached the maximum number of seats included in your plan.
In that case, you can:

  • Remove a member who no longer needs access to Danim, or

  • Click Increase team size to add seats to your subscription,

  • Or contact support if you need help adjusting your plan.

3. Can I change a team member's email address or phone number from the Company & Team members page?

No. From this page, you only manage roles and access rights (invitations, removal).

The personal information (first name, last name, email, phone number) is changed in Settings > My account by each user for their own profile.

Best practices 🎓

  • Keep your member list up to date on a regular basis: remove access for team members who leave your agency or your network.

  • Appoint at least a second trusted Administrator so that everything does not rest on one person (in case of absence or departure).

  • Check your available seats before a hiring push or the arrival of new team members, so you can anticipate any need to increase your team size.

  • Use work email addresses for invitations (and avoid personal addresses, which are harder to keep track of over time).

  • Review roles (Administrator / Member) regularly so that everyone has the right level of permissions — neither too limited nor too broad.
