In brief
The Calendar gathers all the social media posts you have made from Danim: posted, scheduled, draft or in error. There you check your schedule, move a post with drag and drop, edit it or delete it.
Before you start 🎯
The calendar is available with all plans.
It only shows posts created from Danim.
As a team, you see your colleagues' posts, but you can only edit your own.
Using the calendar
Step 1: Open the calendar
Click Calendar in the left menu.
Step 2: Choose the view and filter
View: at the top of the calendar, choose Month, Week, Day or List. The List view is sorted from Newest to Oldest.
Statuses: tick the posts to display (Scheduled, Posted, Draft, Error).
Connected accounts: only display the posts of one or more pages.
As a team: tick Show team posts to also see your colleagues' posts.
Step 3: Manage a post
Click a post to open its preview. Depending on its status, you can:
Edit: change the networks, the text or the media;
Reschedule: choose a new date and time;
Delete: remove the post, after confirmation. This is permanent.
To move a scheduled post, drag it to another day or time. A post that has already gone out can no longer be edited, moved or deleted.
Step 4: Create a post from the calendar
Click Create a post, at the top right, then choose your media in the Media block:
My Danim projects: one of your projects;
My device: a photo or a video that does not come from Danim. ➡️ Posting an image or a video imported from your device
Good to know:
The rest works like any other post: ➡️ Writing and customizing your posts, then post right away or schedule.
FAQ
1. I can't see one of my posts.
Check the Statuses and Connected accounts filters and, as a team, the Show team posts box. The calendar only shows posts created from Danim.
2. Why can't I edit a colleague's post?
Posts created by other members are read-only: you can view them, but you cannot move, edit or delete them.
3. My post is in error, what should I do?
Click it to see the reason (for example Connection expired or Video too large), fix the problem, then edit or reschedule the post. For an expired connection: ➡️ How to reconnect or disconnect a social network
4. I can't move a post.
You cannot move a post into the past, or to a time when the same page already has a post. A post that has already been published can no longer be moved.
5. What happens if I delete a scheduled post?
It will not be posted. Deletion is permanent.
