In brief
Prepare your posts in advance and let Danim publish them for you. Scheduling lets you plan several posts on your social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok): several networks, several dates, and even several postings of the same project.
Ideal for organizing your communication for the week or the month in one go.
Before you start 🎯
Scheduling your posts
Step 1: Start posting from the Sharing step
Once your project has been generated in the Sharing step (3. Sharing for a video, 2. Sharing for an image), click Create & schedule posts.
Want to schedule an older project? Open it from My projects, go to the Sharing step and click Create & schedule posts. If you have edited it since it was last generated, first click Regenerate project.
Step 2: Prepare your posts
Choose your networks and post types, then write the text of each post. The format is chosen automatically, and the same text can be reused everywhere with Apply to all networks.
Step 3: Choose the dates and times
Click Schedule. There are two ways to do it:
The same date for everything: in Schedule globally, click Add a date for all posts, choose the date and time, then click Apply to all posts.
One date per post: further down the list, choose the date and time of each post. For example, you can post on Instagram on Monday, on Facebook on Tuesday and on LinkedIn on Thursday.
To post the same project several times (for example on Tuesday, then on Friday), click Add another date. Each date becomes a separate scheduled post.
Need inspiration? The Recommended times show you the best time slots for each network.
Click Save dates to confirm.
Step 4: Confirm the scheduling
Click Post. Your posts will go out automatically on the dates you chose.
Find and edit all your scheduled posts in the calendar.
FAQ
1. Can I schedule some posts and publish others right away?
Not in the same set of posts: either you schedule all the posts, or you publish them all now. To post right away on one network, create a separate post.
2. What happens if a network's connection expires before the scheduled date?
The post cannot go out until the network is reconnected. If you fully disconnect an account, its scheduled posts are canceled. Check the status of your networks before an important campaign.
3. If I delete the project, will my scheduled posts still go out?
No. Scheduled posts are canceled and removed from the calendar. Posts that have already been published stay visible.
