In Danim 1, you could already create videos from predefined templates or from a blank page with the "A to Z" option. That principle stays the same in Danim 2.
The big new thing in Danim 2 is real-time preview: your video updates instantly as soon as you change an image or a text. Editing is faster and more comfortable.
In Danim 2, video templates are organized into sections (categories) in the library to help you choose faster according to your goal: Showcasing my properties, Informing, Right now, and so on.

In Danim 1, you could create images from templates. Danim 2 keeps this and makes the templates easier to reach.
Image templates are now available straight from the home page, directly in the template library. They are grouped into sections (categories) according to the purpose of your visual: Showcasing properties, Winning listings, Getting started, Right now, and so on.

In Danim 1, the Listing to Video feature let you generate a video from a property listing link. It was already a real time-saver.
In Danim 2, the AI Assistant goes much further. It is no longer limited to a link: it can generate a video from your property photos, or simply from a descriptive text. You describe the property, the Assistant does the rest. And when it is time to post, it also writes your social media caption in one click.
It is today the favourite feature of many agents, because it automates the two steps that take the most time: creating the video, and writing the post that goes with it.

Danim 2 includes an AI photo retouching tool that is radically more powerful than the Home Staging of Danim 1. In the previous version, you could only simulate furnishing in an empty room.
In Danim 2, it is a complete professional retouching palette: object removal, brightness improvement, style renovation, enhancement of outdoor spaces… all driven by AI, directly in Danim, with no external software.
It lets you transform your indoor and outdoor photos through several key functions:
Erase: remove one or several objects precisely by simply drawing over the area concerned. Automatically declutter a room while keeping only the elements you choose, or empty it completely to start from a neutral base.
Enhance: automatically optimize the brightness of your photo or replace the sky for a more attractive, ready-to-post result.
Redecorate: renovate a furnished room in different decor styles, furnish an empty space to make it immediately attractive, or enhance your outdoor spaces by applying a suitable style to them.
Repaint: change the colour of the walls, the appearance of the floors or of outdoor elements (façade, ground) to modernize a property without changing its structure.
Free prompt: describe the result you want in free text, annotate specific areas in the image and add reference visuals to guide the AI towards a tailor-made result.
Watermark: add the mandatory legal notice "Image retouched/generated by AI" in a few seconds, personalize the text, include your brand logo and choose where it sits on the image.
Image to video (Elite only): turn your photos into short animated videos through camera movements or advanced effects such as furniture appearing, timelapse or a change of season.

💳 Subscription & billing for Danim 2
Danim 2 is not an update: it is a complete redesign, built to elevate your digital communication.
It comes with a new pricing structure with 3 plans: Essential, Premium and Elite, each available in a Solo version (1 licence) or a Team version (from 3 licences).
On the pricing side, here is what changes for you:
Until your anniversary date, you keep your current price. Nothing changes.
On your anniversary date, you move to the new pricing. But because you are already a customer, you get a 50% discount on the price difference. This preferential rate is valid for life, as long as your subscription stays active.
Important: if you cancel and come back later, you will have to subscribe at the standard price of the plan concerned.
