Danim 2 is the new version of your platform: a completely redesigned interface, powerful AI tools, a built-in posting calendar and freer creation.
The migration happens gradually, in waves: some users first as "beta testers", then all Danim 1 customers in France.
As soon as Danim 2 is available for you, you receive a dedicated email with a direct access link to the new interface.
Your Danim 1 account stays accessible for 1 month after you move to Danim 2. After that, it is permanently deleted, including your videos if they have not been downloaded.
Before you start 🎯
The migration to Danim 2 only starts when you receive a dedicated email (priority access or general migration).
You keep the same email address and the same password from Danim 1 to log in to Danim 2.
Your Danim 1 account is deleted 1 month after you move to Danim 2.
Migrating from Danim 1 to Danim 2
Step 1: Identify your migration phase
There are two main cases:
Priority access for beta testers
You are part of a group of users selected to try Danim 2 first. The email clearly mentions priority access.
General migration phase
Your account is part of the migration wave covering all Danim 1 customers in France. The email announces that your access to Danim 2 is ready.
Step 2: Check whether you have received a Danim 2 email
Open your inbox and your spam folder, and look for an email about Danim 2.
You will receive several emails over about 1 month:
D-7: a first email tells you that your move to Danim 2 is approaching.
On the day: an email confirms that Danim 2 is available for you, with your access link.
Pricing follow-up: an email summarizes your new pricing.
2 reminders: if you have not logged in yet, two reminders invite you to discover the new interface.
Step 3: Open the email and click the access button
In the email "Danim 2 is waiting for you!", find the button "I want to discover it right away" and click it to go straight to the Danim 2 login page.
Step 4: Open your dashboard and start using Danim 2
Once logged in, you land on your Danim 2 dashboard. Before you get going, take a few minutes to go through Settings and check:
Your personal information (name, agency, email)
The connection to your social media
The invitation of your team if several of you work together
You can then use Danim 2 as your main interface to create and post your content.
Step 5: Read the information about your new plan
"Everything about your new Danim plan": you also receive an email summarizing your pricing situation: your plan, your current price kept until your anniversary date, and your future preferential rate.
Keep it safe, it is the reference for any question about your subscription.
Step 6: Download the videos still stored on Danim 1
Your Danim 1 account stays accessible for 1 month after you move to Danim 2, before it is permanently deleted.
During that time, make sure you:
Log in to Danim 1 to identify the videos still hosted there.
Download your important content to keep it locally on your computer.
Your Danim 1 projects are not transferred to Danim 2, but you can reuse them: download them, then import them as media into a new project. How do I insert a Danim 1 project into the Danim 2 platform?
Warning: once the account is deleted, videos that have not been saved will be permanently lost and unrecoverable.

1. I have not received any email about Danim 2, am I concerned?
If you have not received any email about Danim 2, your account stays on Danim 1 for now. The migration happens in waves, you will be informed as soon as it is your turn.
2. I cannot find the Danim 2 email any more, what should I do?
Search your inbox (and spam folder) with keywords related to Danim 2. If you find nothing, contact [email protected] to check your situation.
3. The link or the button in the email does not work, what should I do?
First try from another browser or device. If the problem persists, write to [email protected] with a screenshot of the email and of the error message.
4. Do I keep my projects when I move to Danim 2?
Your main content and your account information are available on Danim 2. However, the videos still hosted on Danim 1 must be downloaded to your computer before the account is deleted, otherwise they will be lost.
5. How long does my Danim 1 account stay accessible after I move to Danim 2?
Your Danim 1 account stays accessible for 1 month after you move to Danim 2. At the end of that period, it is deleted, along with the videos that have not been downloaded to your computer.
6. Can I keep using Danim 1 after moving to Danim 2?
During the month following your move to Danim 2, you can still log in to Danim 1, mainly to retrieve your videos. For your day-to-day use, prefer Danim 2.
7. There are several of us on the same account, how does it work?
The email about moving to Danim 2 is sent to the main address linked to the account. If you work as a team, check with your administrator or contact support if in doubt.

Note the date you start using Danim 2 so you know when the 1-month period on Danim 1 ends.
Set aside a slot to download all your important videos from Danim 1 to your computer before the account is deleted.
Try a few things on Danim 2 from the start to find your bearings and adapt your habits.
