In addition to the MP4 format, there’s a distinction between H.264 and H.265, which are video encoding formats. Most recent phones use the H.265 format by default, which is currently not supported on certain platforms, including Danim.
To resolve this issue, you’ll need to change your camera settings to use H.264:
Open your phone’s Camera app,
Tap “Settings” or the three dots (⋮),
Look for “video options” and disable “high efficiency” or “efficient videos”.
