To fix compatibility issues with certain browsers on your iPhone, you’ll need to change the video recording format :

Choose Most Compatible, which saves videos in the H.264 format : the universal video format !

- Go to Settings, then select Camera,
- Tap Formats,
- Choose Most Compatible, which saves videos in the H.264 format : the universal video format !

When you try to embed a video into your template, do you see an error message at the top right of your screen saying "Unsupported Video" ?
