On the login page, click Forgot your password? and enter your email address.
You receive an email with a link, valid for 1 hour.
You choose a new password, then log in again.
Resetting your password
Step 1: Request the reset link
On the login page, click Forgot your password?, below the Password field.
Enter the email address of your Danim account, then click Reset.
Step 2: Open the email you received
The Check your emails screen appears. Open the "Reset your Danim password" email, then click Reset my password.
The link is valid for 1 hour.
Can't find the email? Check your spam folder, then click Send again if needed.
Step 3: Choose a new password
Enter your new password in both fields, then click Save the new password.
Your password must contain at least 8 characters.
For extra security, mix lowercase letters, uppercase letters and numbers or special characters: the hints below the field guide you.
Copy and paste is not possible in these fields: type your password on the keyboard.
Step 4: Log in again
The Your password has been updated message appears. Click Back to login and log in with your new password.
For your security, you are logged out of all your devices: log in again on each of them. An email confirms the change.
Changing your password once logged in
Go to Settings > Personal information, Security & Privacy block.
On the Password line, click the pencil icon.
Danim sends you a reset email: then follow steps 2 to 4 above.
FAQ
1. I did not receive the email. What should I do?
Check your spam folder and the address you entered, then click Send again. For security reasons, the Check your emails screen appears even if the address does not match any account: in that case, no email is sent. Try another address, or contact support.
2. The link no longer works. Why?
The link is valid for 1 hour and can only be used once. Make a new request from Forgot your password?.
3. An error message appears when I save my new password.
The link has probably expired or has already been used. Make a new request to receive a new link.
4. I was invited to my agency's team, but I don't have a password.
You create your password when you accept the invitation received by email. If you can't find it, ask the owner of the organization to send it to you again.
5. I used the old version of Danim. Does my password still work?
Yes, log in with the same email address and the same password. If you no longer remember it, use Forgot your password?.
6. Can I log in with Google or Microsoft?
No, you log in with your email address and your password.
